General terms and conditions of the Hotel Sella in Selva

Notes on prices
The prices are per person and per day.
An additional tourist tax of € 2.00 per person per day (except for children under the age of 14) will be charged.
Payment methods
The bill at the end of the stay can be paid on site by credit card, Visa, Mastercard or in cash. Checks and bank transfers are not accepted at check-out.
(We would like to inform you that since July 1st 2020 it is no longer allowed in Italy to pay amounts of more than € 1,999.99 in cash)
Check-in / Check-out
On the day of arrival your room will be at your disposal starting at 2.00 pm. Should your arrival be delayed beyond 8.00 pm, we kindly ask you to notify us in advance.
On the day of departure, the room must be vacated by 10.00 am
For LATE CHECKOUT, subject to availability and approval by the management, a supplement is applied.
Reductions for the added bed
For 3rd and 4th additional bed
€ 20.00 from 0 to 2 years
50% reduction from 3 to 5 years
30% reduction from 6 to 12 years
20% reduction over 13 years
Supplements
- For a stay of less than 4 days we charge a 10% supplement
- Double room for single use supplement: addition of € 40.00 per day
- Garage: € 9.00 per day (in winter)
- Dogs and pets (only in summer) must be reported at the time of booking and have an additional cost.
Confirmatory deposit
The reservation is binding by sending a deposit, which can be paid by bank transfer or credit card (Visa, Master Card or American Express).
General cancellation conditions
- Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival (deposit can be returned or credited to a future stay within one year)
- Free cancellation at any time for COVID 19 contamination (medical certificate and PCR test required) or in the event of closure of borders imposed by the Government.
- In case of cancellation between 30-14 days of arrival the deposit will be retained and 80% of the cost of the reservation will be charged.
- In case of cancellation between 14 days before arrival, in case of late arrival or No Show 100% of the cost of the reservation will be charged.
